Terms of service
Rules for accounts, AI generation, acceptable use, content moderation, credits, and subscriptions.
Last updated: 2026-10-24
Using the service
By using this service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter an agreement. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Your inputs and permissions
You keep your rights in the material you upload. You authorize us and our processors to store, transmit, and process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Obtain permission for recognizable people and for any music, voices, artwork, or performance references you submit.
Do not impersonate people deceptively, clone voices without permission, upload sexual content involving minors, create non-consensual intimate media, threaten or harass people, or submit material you are not entitled to use. Friendly fictional battles should remain clearly creative and consensual. The acceptable use section below lists the full prohibited content categories, our moderation practices, and how to report violations.
Acceptable use
This section applies to everything you upload, submit, and generate: photos, audio, lyrics, text prompts, and generated videos or songs.
Prohibited content
You must not upload, submit, or generate any of the following, even when labeled fictional, artistic, or comedic:
- Sexual and pornographic (NSFW) content. Pornography or sexually explicit images, audio, lyrics, or video in any form, including AI-generated nudity or sexual acts. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited with zero tolerance: we remove it immediately, preserve evidence, terminate the account, and report it to the authorities. Non-consensual intimate imagery, real or AI-generated, is likewise prohibited.
- Violent and gory content. Gratuitous violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or abuse; content glorifying violence or terrorism; content promoting or instructing self-harm or suicide.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or dehumanizes people, or calls for harm against them, because of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, illness, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age; slurs, hate symbols, and coordinated harassment or threats.
- Impersonation and deception. Deceptively impersonating a real person or organization, cloning a voice or likeness without permission, or presenting synthetic media as authentic in order to deceive viewers.
- Illegal or infringing material. Anything unlawful where you or we operate, including material you are not entitled to use.
Competitive or comedic battle content is allowed as long as it stays clearly fictional and does not cross into the categories above.
Content moderation
- Uploads. Uploaded photos and audio pass automated validation (format, size, duration) at submission and are screened by the automated safety filters of our generation providers before processing.
- Generated results. Every generation request passes our providers' automated content-safety filtering, and stored inputs and outputs are subject to periodic manual spot checks.
- Flagged content. Content flagged by automated filtering, spot checks, or reports is escalated to human review.
Enforcement and timelines
When we detect or receive a report of a violation, we act as follows:
- We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and review them promptly.
- Confirmed violating content is removed or blocked within 24 hours of confirmation; clearly illegal material, such as sexual content involving minors, is removed immediately upon confirmation.
- Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, withhold or revoke task credits, remove content, or suspend or terminate the account. Zero-tolerance categories lead to immediate suspension or termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to the authorities where required.
- You may appeal an enforcement decision through account support within 14 days; we reply to appeals within 3 business days.
Reporting violations
If you encounter content that violates this section, report it through account support or support@rapvideolab.com. Include the page address or task ID and a short description of the issue. We keep reports confidential to the extent the law allows, do not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters, and accept reports in English or Chinese.
Outputs and limitations
AI results can contain identity changes, visual artifacts, inaccurate mouth movements, or unexpected audio. A reference-audio video mode may reinterpret your audio; it does not promise exact synchronization or audio preservation. Dedicated audio-driven performance uses a different workflow. Available duration, resolution, model, and credit cost are displayed before submission.
You are responsible for checking a result before publishing. Payment does not grant ownership of third-party music, likenesses, voices, or other protected material. Commercial use depends on your input rights and the applicable provider terms. We do not guarantee copyright protection, platform acceptance, virality, or a particular artistic outcome.
Credits and billing
Credits pay for generation tasks. Prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout; costs vary by mode and settings. A confirmed failed task returns its task credits automatically. A successfully generated result that differs from your preferences is not a failed task. Do not repeatedly submit while a task is processing.
One-time session credits expire 365 days after purchase. Monthly plans renew monthly until canceled, with their credit grant expiring after the stated validity period (currently 31 days). Cancel through account billing before the next renewal; cancellation stops future renewal rather than refunding completed usage. See the refund policy for billing remedies.
Availability and enforcement
We may restrict abusive use, suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the acceptable use rules, or change providers and features. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve service issues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
